If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned or exchanged only if they have a manufacturing defect.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Process

  1. Contact our team at underdawgapparelstore@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale/clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons of size preference or change of mind at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
